On April 27th, seven enterprises, namely Chongqing Precision Biotech, Jinfeng Laboratory, Zien Biotechnology, Hygeia Hospital, Yucheng Company, Square One China Innovation Center and Western Venture Capital Center, established the Haizhi-Offshore Innovation and Entrepreneurship Alliance (hereinafter referred to as the Alliance) in Chongqing High-tech Zone of Western Science City, and participated in the awarding ceremony at the offshore innovation and entrepreneurship project special roadshow and docking event held in the Dream Garden of Dachuang Valley.

The alliance is led by Chongqing High-tech Zone Association for Science and Technology, supported by the National Overseas Talents Innovation and Entrepreneurship Base, Haizhi Workstation and Chongqing Overseas Students Pioneer Park, and formed by linking well-known enterprises, incubation carriers, investment institutions and foreign-related service organizations in the region, aiming at promoting the deep integration of talent chain, industrial chain, innovation chain and capital chain, and empowering overseas talents for innovation and entrepreneurship development from multiple perspectives.
